Excellent service by Adriana from Healthy Movements Physiotherapy. She is very thorough and caring. I had lower back pain and Adriana was able to explain what was happening and what movements I should stop doing so I don’t aggravate the injury and also show me what movements I could do instead. She also guided me through exercises to help strengthen that muscle area. She also was able to treat my lower back pain with focusing on massaging in that area which helped relieve the pain. I feel much better with no pain and have more mobility without straining my lower back.
